Your satisfaction is our priority at Sharon Stone Stores. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.

Returns

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Items on clearance or final sale cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect a return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
